The cost per player is only $75.00, with a minimum of 10 players. Small teams (less than 10) may also book a session for $750. The per player cost for small teams would be equally divided. Coaches are free.
Optionally, you can add-on a professional headshot (roster) mini-session to all Media Day sessions for only $10 per player. All players must purchase to obtain this special add-on pricing.
BONUS: 2024-25 SCHOOL YEAR BONUS: Teams of 15 or more, receive $100 off a Game Coverage Package (Silver or Gold). Ask for details when booking. Full payment is due prior to all Media Day Sessions.
 
Sessions are done on-location at your team's athletic facility or any suitable indoor venue at your location (there are minimum space requirements that must be met). Outdoor shoots can be arranged but may limit the use of certain equipment, background or props for safety reasons.
Each player/athlete will be photographed in multiple individual poses (min. 3) which may include standard poses, simulated action poses, with or without equipment or props, and (optionally) in small groups, buddy, sibling or senior group photos.
Session duration: A typical session with 10 players or less will be one (1) hour. For teams with 10-20 players, session duration will be two (2) hours. Larger teams may require additional time. ALL SESSIONS will require a one (1) hour setup and one (1) hour breakdown in addition to the above session duration. If adding a headshots mini-session, add an additional thirity (30) minutes. When securing availability at your facility, it is very important to be aware of the total time requirements.

Essential for the ultimate media day experience. Just like the pro and college shoots. Athletes, parents and coaches can instantly view captured images on a large monitor.
Yes! You can take cell phone shots of the screen.
background.
Choice of a single color background: white, black, gray, red or green. Custom colors or designs are available at an extra cost. Please allow lead time for ordering if requests are not in stock or easily obtainable.
smoke/fog machine.
Optional, but included if requested. Fire up the shoot with the addition of smoke (fog) in your shots. Basic colored gels are also available, be sure to specify primary team color prior to
shoot.
online gallery.
10-14 days after the shoot (actual production time varies depending on time of year), all participants will receive a link to an online gallery containing the final images. The gallery can be shared with and viewed by family, friends or whomever they choose.
all-access downloads.
Our Media Day sessions includes free downloads of all final selects. The photos are professionally culled (reviewed) and edited, added to your online gallery where you are granted access to download the high-resolution digital photos. Prints, posters and other physical products are not included but are available for purchase via the gallery (optional).
