What does the Shoot-Fee include?
The Shoot-Fee covers the cost of a professional sports photographer arriving at your game or event prior to the start and covering the full game, typically 1.5-2 hours of coverage (depending on the sport or event). In most cases, pre-game warm-ups and post-game celebrations are covered. The Shoot-Fee does not include any photos.
Where are you based and do you travel?
The costs listed above are for local events in Queens, Brooklyn and Nassau County (NY). We are available to travel to any location, contact us to inquire about additional fees for non-local events that are not listed above.
When will we get our photos?
All shoots are meticulously reviewed and professionally edited prior to posting galleries, which does require some time. We NEVER "card dump" our client shoots, which insures you receive only the best and highest quality captures.
During regular season, your game images are typically ready and posted within 2-4 days but it could take up to 7 days during post-season/playoffs, where processing could take a few days longer as our shooting schedule is usually very high.
For GOLD, the included custom poster/graphic design will take 5-7 days after you select the photo(s) to be included within the design.
How many pictures will we receive?
For 1-Player (individual) game-action shoots, we guarantee at least 10-15 high-quality captures, mostly action shots provided the player is a starter. On average, individual shoots contain many more images, typically around 50-75.
For team shoots, while we cannot guarantee every player is captured, especially non-starters, we will do our best to capture everyone. Non-starters will typically be captured during warm-ups, sidelines/benches and/or post-game. Please provide a complete and updated roster to be used as a checklist.
On average, team shoots will contain 100-175+ photos.
How do we receive the photos?
All Packages include an online gallery with client select-able favorites and the ability to share the images via link or social media. After your shoot has been reviewed and professionally edited, you will receive a link to an online game/event gallery.
For BASIC, the gallery will allow you to choose individual photos for purchase, either digitally (via download) or prints and other memories, at regular pricing.
For SILVER, the gallery will allow access to download all full resolution digital photos using a provided PIN. If you wish to purchase prints, enlargements or other memories, you have that option via the gallery at regular pricing.
For GOLD, in addition to the full access to download digital images, we will either mail or deliver your additional items (prints) which are included int eh Gold Print Package. After reviewing the gallery, you will choose which photos to use for the included prints. We will reach out to you via e-mail to begin working on your custom poster design, which will take 5-7 days after selecting the desired image(s) to include within the design.
We purchased the BASIC package but now want to purchase the ALL ACCESS DIGITAL PACKAGE, is that possible?
Absolutely, the cost of the ALL ACCESS DIGITAL PACKAGE is $200/$250 (Indiv/Team) for those that purchase it after the game/event. For those that are considering an upcoming coverage, SILVER is the more popular option as it includes all digital photos and at a savings compared to purchasing BASIC+ALL ACCESS after the fact.
