We purchased the BASIC package but now want to purchase the ALL ACCESS DIGITAL PACKAGE, is that possible?
How do we secure a game/event shoot?
The shoot-fee covers the cost of a photographer arriving at your game or event prior to the start and covering the full game, typically 1.5-2 hours of coverage (depending on the sport or event). In most cases, pre-game warm-ups and post-game celebrations are covered. The shoot-fee does not include any photos.
The costs listed above are for local events in Queens, South Brooklyn and Nassau County (NY). We are available to travel to any location, contact us to inquire about additional fees for non-local events.
All shoots are meticulously reviewed and professionally edited prior to posting galleries, which does require some time. We NEVER "card dump" our client shoots, which insures you receive only the best and highest quality captures.
During regular season, your game images are typically ready and posted within 2-4 days but it could take up to 7 days. Post-season or during playoffs, processing could take a few days longer as our shooting schedule is usually very high.
For GOLD, the included custom poster/graphic design will take 5-7 days after you select the photos to be included on the design.
For individual game-action athlete shoots, we guarantee at least 10-15 high-quality captures, mostly action shots provided the player is a starter. On average, individual shoots contain many more images, typically around 50-75.
For team shoots, while we cannot guarantee every player is captured, especially non-starters, we will do our best to capture everyone. Non-starters will typically be captured during warm-ups, sidelines/benches and/or post-game. If time allows and you coordinate, a simple (no special lighting or setups) full team shot can be done pre- or post-game. Please provide a roster to be used as a checklist.
On average, team shoots will contain 100-175+ photos.
All Packages include an online gallery with client select-able favorites and the ability to share the images via link or social media. After your shoot has been reviewed and professionally edited, you will receive a link to an online game/event gallery.
For BASIC, the gallery will allow you to choose individual photos for purchase, either digitally (via download) or prints, at regular pricing.
For SILVER, the gallery will allow access to download all full resolution digital photos using a provided PIN. If you wish to purchase prints or enlargements, you have that option via the gallery at regular pricing.
For GOLD, in addition to the full access to download digital images, we will either mail or deliver your additional items (prints). After reviewing the gallery, you will choose which photos to use for the included prints. We will reach out to you via e-mail to begin working on your custom poster design, which will take 5-7 days after selecting the desired images to include.
Absolutely, the cost of the ALL ACCESS DIGITAL PACKAGE is $150 for those that purchase it after the game/event. For those that are considering an upcoming coverage, SILVER is the more popular option as it includes all digital photos and at a savings compared to purchasing BASIC+ALL ACCESS after the fact.
